About Ruth
I built The Clarity Hour for people who want to think something through properly.
I'm Ruth Lewis, the person behind The Clarity Hour. I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you think more clearly, notice what matters, and land on a step that's realistic.

A practical, personal approach
How I Work
Calm, thoughtful, practical. I listen, ask questions, reflect what I'm noticing, and challenge gently where it's useful.
There's enough structure to make the hour useful, but not so much that you have to force your situation into a template. We work with whatever you bring: a clean question or a messy knot that hasn't found its shape yet.
Background
I have a Master?s in Applied Coaching and I?m a licensed Firework Career Coach, with experience across coaching, mentoring, learning and development, and supporting people through change.
Why this session exists
Sometimes one good conversation is enough.
Coaching can feel like a bigger commitment than people want. Sometimes what someone needs isn't a programme or a process, it's one good, honest conversation that helps them see what's happening and what might come next.
That's the whole design brief for The Clarity Hour: one online session, up to an hour, useful on its own terms, with no expectation you?ll continue.
Finding the next right step for you
What "clarity" actually means here
It doesn't always mean a perfect answer. Sometimes it's a decision starting to make more sense. Sometimes it's realising what you've been avoiding, or what matters more than you'd admitted.
Useful clarity is the kind that changes how you relate to the thing you brought in. You leave more able to think about it, not just told what to think.
- A decision you keep circling
- A work, life, or business situation that feels unclear
- A change you?re weighing up
- An idea you want to think through properly
- A feeling of being stuck, with no clear reason why
Working with me
One-off, online, up to an hour.
Bring a decision, a situation, a change, an idea, or just a feeling of being stuck. We'll use the
time to work out what's going on and what your next step could be.
